Who She Is...

About Donna Beauvais...

Donna has been singing since she was very young. She knew, even before she knew God, that her desire to be a part of music was strong. Coming to know Christ at the age of 18 clarified and shaped her musical direction. She knew this was not about her, but about a call on her life from God. What she did not know is all God had planned for her musical career.

Donna is trained in Opera and Opera Theatre. She studied at Wayne State
University's, Center For Creative Studies, in Detroit, MI. She began traveling and singing in Christian music in 1989. She traveled for 18
years. The last 7 years were with her successful family ministry, Hope's Call. In the midst of her journey, Donna began helping with the production of Hope's Call's music and as her experience grew, God began opening the door for her to produce other artists, as well. She also helped groups with vocal training, staging, and more. In addition, she began having an interest in radio promotion. So, a few years ago, she started working with Daywind Records, assisting them in radio promotion for their incredible family of artists.

Today, Donna makes her home in Franklin, TN where she has thriving music production career. She continues to work with Daywind in both radio promotion and publicity. After being on stage for so many years, she is happy to be a part of the "behind the scenes" aspect of Christian music now. Donna is also excited to be working with independent artists in many additional capacities beyond production, including radio promotion, publicity, and other areas of ministry expansion. She continues to do some staging and vocal coaching as well. When, she gets time, one of her favorite activities is songwriting. She has has had several Top 40 songs in the Christian music charts.

When asked how she feels about her music career, and now the opportunity to have her own company, Vertical Sky, Donna expresses that one word comes to mind... Gratitude.
